Returns & Refund Policy
Print-on-Demand Products
All of our products are printed to order through our production partner. This means each item is made specifically for you once you place an order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
We strongly encourage customers to check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

Your order number, and

Clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement. You do not need to return the faulty item.
Returns Not Accepted
Because all items are custom-made:

We cannot accept returns for change of mind.

We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or design.
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day return right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a faulty item. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping Times
All products are printed to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production plus shipping:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days (after production).

Courier (DPD): 1 working day (after production).
Please note that delivery times are in addition to production times.
