How can I Pay?

We accept all major credit card payments. We also accept PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna.

What are your delivery options?

We are pleased to offer free standard economy UK delivery on all orders over £50

Our T&Cs for Free UK Shipping over £50* are below:

  • Free shipping for orders over £50 (Physical Goods only Gift vouchers not included)
  • To receive free shipping, select Economy shipping at check out (Economy shipping only, Royal Mail 2-3 days delivery time longer in peak time).
  • Basket value must exceed £50 including any taxes and discount codes used (excludes purchases of digital Gift Vouchers which cannot be shipped)
  • Only applicable to physical goods
  • Only available in UK


Please allow extra time during peak seasons, new product launches and sale weekends for the team to process your order. Please also note that your items may arrive separately across multiple shipments.

1) Royal Mail standard.This is a non-tracked service and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (generally around 3-5 days) Free for orders over £50.

2) Royal Mail standard: £3.49 for all orders below £50

3) Tracked Courier: Leggings and bras are stock items so can ship the same day if order is placed before 2pm. Sweatshirts are made to order so may take a little longer. Your entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

Please note that as sweatshirts are made to order as per the item description, the service you are paying for is a tracked courier delivery not a next delivery.

Please note that if the leave in a safe place option has been selected on the tracked courier delivery this is completely at your own risk, we are unable to take any responsibility for this as we have sent this as a tracked signed for service. You as the customer agree to take responsibility with the courier when selecting this option, therefore Huns World accepts no responsibility for lost items.

Customers are responsible for their collections. Items which have not been collected from click and collect points are returned to sender.

Huns World reserve the right to charge a fee to reship the goods.

Customers changing details of shipping addresses via the couriers are responsible for their packages. Once an address has been changed the customer accepts full responsibility for their parcel. Huns World cannot intercept or make any changes once a customer updates and will provide customer service details for the relevant couriers.

Customers that make mistakes on their orders with address details and the parcels are undeliverable, Huns World reserve the right to charge another delivery charge to resend.


When will I get my awesome new clothes?

Please note our sweatshirts are made to order and may take a few days to produce, once shipped the average arrival time in the UK is 3-4 working days depending on service selected. If the items are already in stock they are generally dispatched on the day of purchase if the order is completed before 2 pm.

Please note this can take up to 2 weeks depending on your local sorting office which Huns World has no control over once shipped from our premises. Please allow up to 2 weeks from shipment date before contacting us if in the UK and 4 weeks for international as these are the Royal Mail guidelines.

Please note all Christmas orders placed after 18th December cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas. Please allow sufficient time when placing orders especially during Royal Mail strike periods which are ongoing throughout November and December.

What if my order takes longer than 30 working days?

If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

I am an international hun, can I still order?

Unfortunately we only ship within the UK.

Eeek I messed up on my order, can I change it?

Please take care when ordering as we cannot make amendments or cancel orders. Once your order is in our system it cannot be changed,

I've received a damaged item hun, I need a replacement, how do I get one?

If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately at the moment we are only able to service the UK.

How do you come up with such awesome designs?

Our products may change on a weekly basis with many of our products being exclusive limited editions (which may not be repeated).

If you see a product you like, do not hang around and wait as these items can sell out quickly!

We will also be working closely with leggings brand Tikiboo to provide exclusive stuff for Huns World! Again these will be small batches and may not be repeated.

Have you got a cheeky discount babe?

Discount codes cannot be used with any other offers, you may select to use a code or the applied offer (if there is one) but you cannot combine both.

If you have received a discount code you must ensure that you input this before you check out to be eligible for the discount. If the order is completed without the code being applied we are unable to add it to your order after the transaction has been taken place. Unfortunately, our system does not allow this and you will have to save it for your next transaction. Please do not email us to ask as refusal often offends.


Bulk Discount/Offers

From time to time we have offers on the website in the form of bundle offers, 2 for £x and buy one get one x, if 2 items are purchased and 1 item is returned the item that is kept is chargeable at full price and the refund amount will be given for the difference. The discounts are only applicable on the entire order.

Gift Cards

How long do gift cards last?

Gift cards have a 1 year expiry date from point of issue regardless of whether this is a purchased card or a credit from a return. If a gift card is not used within this period then the credit will be forfeited, we cannot reinstate it so please be mindful of expiry dates.

What size shall I order?

I am between sizes on your size chart what size shall I order?

Our jumpers and hoodies are a slouchy oversized fit so depending how big you like them will depend on the size you buy.


Our leggings are true to size, however if you are between sizes you may want to go up a size rather than down as squishing into them can put strain on the seams and distort the pattern if over stretched.


Caring For Your Leggings

Due to the sublimation lycra fabric, we would like to offer the following tips which you may find helpful to keep your Tikiboo leggings and capris in their best and brightest conditions.


Please follow the instructions below:

Avoid all rough and sharp surfaces
Do not rub up against any rough surfaces
Do not iron
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Avoid fabric softener

When washing your leggings use on a cool wash or hand wash for the best results, This will help to protect the life of the LYCRA® fibre and the shape of your garment.

Hang to air dry, this will prevent any heat damage to the LYCRA® that a tumble dryer may cause. Drying naturally will maintain the shape of the garment and prolong the life of it.

Avoid fabric softener, this can coat the technical fabrics and inhibit the garments sweat wicking properties. It can also make the item slippery and prone to falling down.

If your garments start to feel as though they are losing their shape rewash them in a cool wash without fabric softener and they should return to their correct state.

Turn your leggings inside out and wash it with other synthetic fabrics (e.g. lycra nylon etc) and avoid anything abrasive, such as denim or garments with Velcro® or zippers. These can be harmful, especially in a repetitive motion like in a washer or dryer.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to people if these steps are not followed, we try to bring as much awareness to this as possible so please do take care of your leggings and they will last a long long time!

For other purposes, we use your details only with your permission. Huns World will not sell your personal details to third parties and only gives the details to third parties who are involved in the process of your order. Huns World uses the collected details for the following purposes:

When you place an order, we only need your name, e-mail, delivery address and payment details to process your order. In the process of the order we keep you informed. With your permission, we use your details to inform you about new developments of the website and inform you about special offers. Details about the usage of our website and the feedback we get from our customers helps us to further improve and develop our site. If you respond to an offer or contest we will ask your name, address and e-mail. These details we use to carry out the price winner(s) and measure the response of our marketing projects.

Huns World does not sell your personal details to third parties. It only forwards your personal details to third parties who are involved in the processing of your order. Our employees and third parties are required to respect your personal details.

We process all card payments through a third party payment system and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information. The only information we receive is your name, delivery address and email.
